This website is operated by PT. Holliva Amerta Wisata (“Holliva”), an official tour & travel company based in Bali. All services on this site are intended for travel bookings.
Booking is simple and flexible via Holliva website:
- Visit www.holliva.com
- Select your tour package
- Choose your date
- Click “Book Now”
- Pay by card or cash on point
- E-voucher will be sent to your email or WhatsApp
- Your guide will contact you one day before
- Cancellation ≥ 24 hours: free
- Cancellation < 24 hours: 50% charge
- No-show: no refund
- Schedule changes allowed up to 24 hours before
- Children must be supervised by parents
- Elderly and special-needs participants must inform us in advance
- Holliva is not responsible for matters beyond control
- Certain activities carry risks; participants must follow safety instructions
- Provide accurate information during booking
- Do not misuse the site for illegal activities
- All website content belongs to Holliva and is legally protected
- Use of content without written permission is prohibited
- Data is used only for booking purposes
- We do not sell or share data with third parties
- Holliva is not responsible for disruptions caused by disasters, policies, or emergencies
